Today I had the privilege of spending a very special session with the Vocational Training students at Maristak Zalla, in Biscay, thanks to the collaboration of the Fenie EnergÃa Foundation. It was an opportunity not only to share my professional experience with them, but also to deliver a message I consider essential: the energy sector needs their talent, their vision, and their drive more than ever.
We are living through a moment of profound transformation. The energy transition, digitalization, efficiency, and sustainability are reshaping our sector at an unprecedented pace. And in this context, the students currently training in FP have before them a future full of real, diverse, and exciting opportunities.
During the conference, we talked about technology, new skills, employability, entrepreneurship, and above all, attitude. Because the technical knowledge they acquire in their training cycle is a solid foundation, but their ability to learn, adapt, and create value will be what truly sets them apart.
