There are moments that aren’t just experienced… they’re felt.
And the recent conference with the Gremi d’Instal·ladors de les Terres de l’Ebre (Installers’ Guild of the Ebro Lands), led by its president Ricard Franc, was one of them.
At the Institut de l’Ebre in Tortosa, we shared a day with students of Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training, which reaffirmed something I’ve been advocating for years:

Much more than a job: a calling
Being an installer today means being:
A technology integrator
An energy specialist
An essential professional for homes and businesses
An active agent of energy change
We’re talking about a profile that is increasingly valued, recognized, and enjoys greater social prestige.
🧬 A personal commitment
For me, it also has a deep emotional component.
I come from a family of installers.
I grew up seeing the value of this profession, its real impact on people, and its inherent dignity.
That’s why I defend it wholeheartedly.
Because I know what it offers:

✔ Constant personal and technical development
🎓 Inspiring those who come after
Sharing this day with young people in vocational training has been key.
Because the future of the sector is in their hands.
And it’s our responsibility:
