When companies, institutions and educational centers cooperate, Vocational Training becomes a real opportunity for 21st century society

On July 28, 2025, an action was materialized that symbolizes everything that I have been defending for years: the orderly and efficient collaboration between companies, institutions and training centers as a driving force to promote quality Vocational Training, connected to the values of our time: sustainability, efficiency and the circular economy.

Coordinated by me between the Teclisa Sustainability department and the FP ISMAB training center in Barcelona, the donation of material from the Teclisa store in La Garriga was made, so that it can be used in the internships of students in training cycles.

This action is not just a gesture of solidarity: it is a clear example of what we are capable of doing when we pool our will, resources and a shared vision of the future. Because when you work from an expert perspective, understanding both the business and training worlds, it is possible to build useful and sustainable bridges between realities that often advance separately.

As the promoter and coordinator of this project, I reaffirm my commitment: to continue working so that VET is recognized, connected to the real professional world and prepared to offer young people a dignified, powerful and adapted exit to the 21st century. This experience shows that it can be done. That if people, learning and the planet are put at the center, everyone wins.

Thanks to Teclisa for believing in this project, to the ISMAB teaching team for their involvement and to all the people who have made this impactful action possible.
