There are territories that are not just visited… they are understood.
My recent visit to the Gremi d’Instal·ladors de les Terres de l’Ebre (Installers’ Guild of the Terres de l’Ebre), in Tortosa, with its president Ricard Franc, was one of those experiences that allows you to connect with the true essence of our sector: the people, the craft, and the territory.
A meeting that went far beyond the institutional. It was an opportunity to listen, share, and understand the particularities of a region with its own identity, where installation professionals represent much more than an economic sector: they are a driving force for development, community roots, and the future.

Professionals Building the Territory
The Terres de l’Ebre has unique characteristics: geographical dispersion, a network of local businesses, and a clear need for generational renewal.
Here, Vocational Training is not just another option… it is a strategic necessity.
During the visit, I was able to learn firsthand:
The reality of installation companies in the region
The challenge—and at the same time, the opportunity—of attracting young talent
The key role of Dual Vocational Training in guaranteeing the future of the sector
🎓 Dual Vocational Training: key to territorial balance
If we want a balanced country, we must commit to Vocational Training connected to the local area.
And that implies:
✔ Listening to the trade associations
✔ Adapting training to the local context
✔ Involving companies in the training process
The dual model not only trains professionals… it retains talent, generates opportunities, and builds a future where it is most needed.
An industry close to the professional
On this visit, I was also accompanied by Finder, a company made in Europe that perfectly embodies this commitment to the professional: proximity, quality, and industry knowledge.
Because the future of installations also depends on an industry that understands and supports the installer in their daily work.
Visits like this reinforce a key idea:
👉 Vocational training cannot be designed from behind closed doors; it must be built from the ground up.
Thanks to the Guild, its president, and all the professionals who dedicate their time and effort to growing this essential sector.
We continue building pathways… also from the Terres de l’Ebre region.
