Vocational Training: A Real Gateway to the Future (Experience at Salesianos Sevilla)

I had the opportunity to share a very special day at the Salesianos Santísima Trinidad school in Seville, with a fantastic group of students from Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training programs.

A space brimming with talent, curiosity, and, above all, a bright future.

During the session, we addressed several key aspects of the professional world that awaits them. We discussed how Vocational Training not only offers theoretical knowledge but also practical skills highly valued by employers. This combination makes this educational path one of the most solid and effective ways to build a stable and promising career.

We reflected on:
✔️ The high employability of Vocational Training (FP) graduates
✔️ The importance of technical specialization
✔️ The need for continuous training in a constantly changing environment
✔️ The value of trades as an engine of economic and social development

Furthermore, it was a true pleasure to have the support of BAXI, a company that demonstrates its commitment to the sector through its actions, investing in trades, young talent, and continuous training as pillars for the future.

These kinds of meetings reinforce an idea I have been advocating for years:
👉 Vocational Training is not an alternative, it is a smart choice.

Thank you to the entire teaching team for their dedication, and especially to the students for their attention, attitude, and desire to forge their own path.

We continue working to highlight the talent of our young people and bring the realities of the professional world into the classroom.
