This week I had the opportunity to visit the AIECS Business Association in Castellón de la Plana, as part of a productive day promoting Vocational Training (FP) between educational centers and companies, an initiative promoted by Dualiza CaixaBank.
Thanks to the support and hospitality of its Secretary General, Mr. Pablo Piquer, I was able to learn firsthand about the excellent work carried out by this Association of Installation Companies in the Electrical sector. This organization, chaired by Eloy Orti Sorribes, has a solid track record dating back to May 1977 and has established itself as a leading organization in the province and the sector.

AIECS stands out for offering its members:
🔹 Specialized technical advice
🔹 Continuous, high-quality training
🔹 Processing of reports, files, and insurance
🔹 Agreements with key entities
🔹 Representation and advocacy for the sector before public and private institutions
🔹 Fluid communication with distribution companies
🔹 A strong spirit of camaraderie and collaboration among professionals
🔹 Ongoing and up-to-date information on regulations, procedures, and market trends
During the visit, we were able to reflect together on the importance of strengthening the links between Vocational Training (FP) and the business sector, especially in strategic sectors such as electrical installations. Collaboration between companies and training centers is essential to ensure that Vocational Training is connected to reality, providing skilled talent adapted to the needs of a rapidly evolving sector.
This enriching experience reinforces our mission to continue promoting modern, flexible Vocational Training that is closely aligned with business needs, where associations like AIECS play a fundamental role.
