Training the Installers of the Future with Finder

The future of electricity is based on training and specialisation, and one of the keys to ensuring that new professionals enter the market with guarantees is to bring them closer to the most advanced tools and technologies. With this objective, I have had the honour of giving a technical talk on connection diagrams for components for residential and tertiary use at the José Ramón Otero Vocational Training Centre in Madrid.

Knowledge applied to the reality of the sector

During the session, we addressed the importance of connection diagrams in electrical installations and their role in the efficiency, safety and optimisation of systems. Finder, as a benchmark in the sector, provides solutions that allow installers to work with high-quality products, ensuring the best performance in each project.

One of the key moments of the day was the delivery of the Finder Installer’s Guide, a valuable resource that brings together technical information, detailed diagrams and recommendations for the correct use of its components. This material will be a reference tool for students in their training and in their future professional experiences.

The importance of Vocational Training

As an ambassador for Finder, I consider this type of initiative to be essential, as it connects the educational world with the world of work. Vocational Training is the basis for future electricians, installers and technicians to be able to develop their careers successfully. For this reason, it is a pleasure to collaborate with centres such as José Ramón Otero, where teachers and students show a great commitment to educational quality.

I would especially like to thank Ricardo Hervás, head of studies, and the entire team at the centre for the great reception and for their work in training the professionals of tomorrow.

🚀 We continue to bet on training, technology and the future of electricity.
