The weekend mentoring with my Vocational Training student, within the Impulsa Foundation program, is much more than support: it is a space of trust, listening and mutual growth.
In a completely voluntary way, we share time, concerns and learning. But, above all, we share the future. Because behind every young person there is talent, potential and the desire to move forward… you just need someone to believe in it.
Supporting is also learning. And today, once again, I leave with the feeling that I have also received much more than I have given.
