Innovation, European Industry, and a Real Commitment to Vocational Training
I recently had the opportunity to visit Finder’s headquarters in Catalonia, located in Barcelona. This experience allowed me to learn firsthand about the new products the company will be presenting by 2026 and, above all, to reaffirm values we deeply share: a commitment to European industry, practical innovation, and respect for craftsmanship.
The visit was led by Javier Serrano, Sales Director of Finder in Spain, along with Christina Carrillo, Marketing Manager, who provided us with a clear, practical, and highly valuable technical overview of the solutions Finder is developing to address the current and future challenges of the electrical, industrial, and installation sectors.
Finder, an Italian company Made in the EU, continues to demonstrate that innovation is not incompatible with reliability, local presence, or sustainability. Under its motto “SWITCH TO THE FUTURE,” the brand proposes a conscious shift towards more efficient, safer solutions adapted to a constantly evolving market, where digitalization, energy efficiency, and automation are no longer an option, but a necessity.
During the event, we were able to delve into new product ranges, improvements to existing solutions, and, especially, Finder’s focus on current and future professionals. This focus directly aligns with the work I have been doing for years with vocational training students, teachers, and educational institutions.
For me, this connection has special meaning. I come from a technical background, and I firmly believe in technical professions and the enormous value they bring to our society and economy. Therefore, finding brands like Finder, which not only develop technology but also support, train, and trust professionals, reinforces the path we are forging together.
The message is clear: there is no future without technical talent, no innovation without training, and no strong industry without recognized, up-to-date vocational training connected to businesses. On this path, Finder doesn’t just say “Switch to the future,” it lives it.
