When Vocational Training and the company work together, real opportunities are born for the professionals of tomorrow
I recently had the privilege of participating as a speaker in the Aula Magna of the Escola del Treball of Lleida, within the framework of the 13th Entrepreneurship Week, an initiative that has consolidated itself as a benchmark for bringing students closer to professional and business reality.
Under the motto “Prepare for a digital present”, the event brought together students from the Intermediate, Higher and Professional Certificate Vocational Training cycles of the Department of Electricity and Electronics, offering them a practical vision of the challenges and opportunities they will find in their professional future.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Paco González, the entire management team and the faculty of the center, for their involvement, commitment and motivation. Their determined commitment to a FP connected to the real needs of companies is an example to follow.
It has also been a pleasure to have the collaboration of FERMAX, a company that continues to demonstrate its commitment to young talent, innovation and the training of future professionals in the sector, supporting these initiatives and participating in the book “Construint Camins Duals”.
During the day we shared reflections on digital transformation, the most demanded professional skills, the importance of an entrepreneurial attitude and the need to build solid bridges between the educational and business worlds.
Events like this are proof that the connection between educational centers and companies generates value, inspires vocations and contributes to better preparing the professionals that our society will need.
