At the beginning of October, I participated in the CONAIF Congress in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a leading national business meeting that annually brings together entrepreneurs and professionals from different sectors, with particular emphasis on the world of facilities.
The CONAIF Congress is much more than a business forum: it is a space for reflection on how to manage and transform companies through positive attitudes, ethical values, and human teams open to change. All of this, at a time when sustainability, innovation, and digitalization are shaping the course of our society.

My participation has a very clear focus: connecting Vocational Training with a strategic and essential sector for our future, such as the facilities sector. Through Dualiza CaixaBank and my personal commitment to disseminating vocational training, I believe it is essential to understand firsthand the developments, challenges, and opportunities being discussed here.
Vocational training cannot be separated from the business world, and meetings of this level are the ideal setting to generate connections, identify needs, and add value from an educational and training perspective.
I will continue to share my reflections and lessons learned from this Congress, convinced that the connection between business, innovation, and training is the key to continuing to build paths for the future.
