Participating in the #FP2030 Forum was an enriching and motivating experience.

The event, organized by the Bertelsmann Foundation in collaboration with the Navarre Chamber of Commerce, the Navarre Business Confederation (CEN), and Volkswagen, brought together professionals, companies, educational institutions, and stakeholders committed to the future of Vocational Training in Spain in Pamplona.

During the day, participants shared best practices, innovative projects, and collaborative strategies between the education system and the business sector, all with a common goal: to continue promoting modern Vocational Training, connected to the realities of the workplace and focused on talent.

For me, it was an exceptional opportunity to continue growing professionally, expand my knowledge, and learn about inspiring experiences that demonstrate the enormous potential of Vocational Training as an engine of economic and social development. Events like this reinforce the idea that only through cooperation and a shared vision can we build a quality vocational training system, adapted to the challenges of 2030.

Thank you to the organizers for making possible such a necessary space for dialogue and reflection on the future of vocational training.
