This week I had the pleasure of visiting the Gremi d’Instal·ladors de Lleida, an association with over 50 years of history that proudly represents installation and maintenance companies in the Lleida region.
I was warmly welcomed by its president, Mr. Jordi Pifarré, and director, Ms. Laura Sánchez, with whom I had an insightful discussion about the current landscape and future of the installation sector, and the challenges posed by the new Dual Vocational Education and Training (VET) model.

🌱 During the visit, I had the honour of presenting a copy of my book “Construyendo Caminos Duales” (Building Dual Pathways), a personal and professional journey reflecting my long-standing commitment to VET and education as a driving force for change.
The Gremi is more than just a non-profit business association: it is a strong community that fosters the growth of its members through cooperation, lifelong learning, and the defense of shared interests. A unique way of understanding collaboration and building bridges across the sector.
💡 Investing in training, digitalization, and sustainability is essential for continued progress. And organizations like the Gremi are a true reflection of a dynamic, forward-thinking, and resilient sector.
Thank you, Jordi and Laura, for your warm welcome and for opening the doors to a place where craftsmanship and local talent shape the future.
