Vocational Training continues to be one of the greatest levers for young people’s personal and professional development. On this occasion, I had the privilege of giving a motivational talk at the Domènech i Muntaner School in Reus, aimed at the school’s vocational training students. The aim was to inspire and motivate new generations of professionals in the technical and industrial fields.
This event would not have been possible without the collaboration of FINDER, the renowned Made in Italy brand and leader in automation, timing, and industrial relay solutions. Their participation added value to the event, bringing the technological reality of the sector into the classroom and showing students how European innovation continues to set trends in the industry.
I would like to express my special thanks to the school’s director and Josep Alvages, who provided all the resources to ensure the smooth running of the event. Their involvement demonstrates INS Domènech i Muntaner’s commitment to Vocational Training that is close to the company, practical, and connected to the productive reality.
During the conference, we shared experiences, values, and real-life examples that highlight the importance of believing in oneself, training with passion, and facing the future with a positive attitude. Vocational Training not only teaches trades, but also builds life paths and real employment opportunities.
My thanks also to all the students for their attention, participation, and energy. These meetings reaffirm that Vocational Training is a path to the future, innovation, and talent.
