The recent edition of Innovaprofes 2026, held in Málaga, has once again demonstrated that Vocational Training is at a pivotal moment.
I had the opportunity to actively participate in this event alongside more than 200 trainers from across Spain. This experience, once again, reaffirms something I deeply believe: continuous training is not an option, it’s a necessity.

Throughout my career, learning has been a constant. But in a context like the current one, marked by rapid technological and social changes, there is something even more important:
👉 the training of trainers
Because they are the ones responsible for preparing new generations for a world that is evolving at breakneck speed.
Innovaprofes is more than just a conference. It’s a space where:
Innovative methodologies are shared
Current tools applied to Vocational Training are discovered
Real synergies are generated among professionals
And, above all, community is built
During these days, I’ve been able to learn about new teaching methods, new perspectives, and new solutions that are already transforming classrooms throughout Spain.
But if there’s one thing I take away from this experience, it’s the conviction that only through collaboration and constant updating can we promote Vocational Training of excellence.
Vocational Training that not only responds to the needs of the labor market but also leads the change that European society demands.
We continue moving forward. We continue building.
Because the future of Vocational Training… starts today.
