This week I had the privilege of visiting the Gremi d’Instal·ladors de Girona, welcomed by Pere Cañadas, their general manager, and Gemma Granolleres, deputy manager. We shared an inspiring and meaningful session focused on the future of the technical sector.
I had the chance to present my book “Construyendo Caminos Duales”, which aligns perfectly with the mission of the Gremi and the professional community they represent across the Girona region. Talking about VET (Vocational Education and Training), future careers, and technical talent means talking about installers committed to quality, sustainability, and lifelong learning.

The Gremi d’Instal·ladors de Girona is a benchmark association with more than 70 years of history, gathering nearly 1,000 installer companies from the Girona region. Their website is a valuable hub for any professional: training opportunities, job board, professional forum, classified ads, and up-to-date regulations.
Within the framework of Spain’s new Organic Law 3/2022 on Vocational Education and Training, we’re building alliances to promote the potential of Dual VET as a solid path to growth, employability, and recognition for 21st-century trades.
Thanks to the Gremi for their warm welcome and their continued leadership in the Girona installation sector. Let’s keep building dual pathways!
