As part of the Finder Route 26′, I had the opportunity to visit the training center of the Tarragona Association of Installation Companies, a leader in specialized training for the energy and fluids sector. This is due to their commitment to educational innovation, continuous improvement, and the practical development of the professional skills demanded by the job market.
During the visit, I was able to learn firsthand about the latest developments, training projects, and best practices, as well as the work carried out by the entire team, led by its President, Josep Miró, its Director, Rosa Vergé, and the instructors, to bring training closer to businesses and the production environment.
