Fermax, a leading manufacturer of connected video intercom systems, recently launched the DUOX PLUS Professional Certification, an official program that recognizes and accredits installers’ technical knowledge and demonstrated experience with its DUOX PLUS two-wire video intercom system.
“From the Fermax Technical and Training Department, we wanted to launch an official program that would validate both the training provided through our FERMAX CAMPUS platform, as well as practical exercises and real-life experience in DUOX PLUS installations,” explains Verónica Lasso, Back Office Coordinator in the national technical department. “With this, we reward and officially certify installers who demonstrate a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of one of our main technologies, and they will be registered in our database as Certified Professional Installers.”
Professionals who meet the minimum training and technical requirements will receive several benefits upon obtaining certification through the program. In addition to receiving your official accreditation, your name (in the case of self-employed professionals) or that of your company will appear on the Certified Installers map on the official Fermax website, and you will receive exclusive content about the DUOX PLUS system by email.
