Discovering Schneider Electric’s logistics and training engine in Sant Boi

A few days ago, I had the opportunity to visit the Schneider Electric Logistics Center in Sant Boi de Llobregat, a true operational heart from which materials are distributed to all parts of Spain and Portugal and which also acts as a hub for international flows.

Accompanied by an exceptional team, I was able to experience firsthand the magnitude of this space where technology, sustainability, and people combine to guarantee agile, high-quality service.

The visit wasn’t limited to logistics alone. I was also able to delve into the Services Technicians Academy, an adjacent area where Schneider Electric develops high-value-added services in strategic fields such as:

Data Center Secure Power

Low and Medium Voltage Security

Consultative Sales

Climate Control Systems

This high-level Academy program is a true bridge between the company and Vocational Training (VT), allowing students to find a perfect fit and a solid career plan based on the company’s IMPACT values. An inspiring example of how a multinational company is committed to young talent and the development of key skills for the future of the sector.

I would especially like to highlight the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of Claudia Sambola, Paula González, Alberto Gutiérrez, Víctor Álvarez, and Blanca Le Monnier, who shared their experience and boundless kindness during the visit. Their commitment perfectly reflects the culture of excellence and collaboration that makes Schneider Electric a global leader in innovation, logistics, and training.

This day has been a confirmation that logistics and talent development are essential components of sustainability and energy efficiency. Schneider Electric not only pioneers technological solutions; it also drives the future of the people who make them possible.
