Sharing knowledge and experiences with Vocational Training students is always one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
I recently had the opportunity to give a presentation at a Vocational Training Center in Andalusia, as part of an event organized in collaboration with Maxge Europe, a company committed to making an electrified, connected, and sustainable future a reality.
It was an inspiring experience, in which we discussed the key role of Dual Vocational Training in talent development, innovation in the electrical sector, and the importance of creating real links between business and education.

These meetings reinforce the value of uniting the educational and productive worlds, generating a direct impact on future professionals and strengthening their employability.
As a former apprentice and Vocational Training student, I fully identify with the young people who are now preparing to lead the transition to a more efficient, digital, and sustainable model.
Their enthusiasm and commitment demonstrate that Vocational Training is and will continue to be a driver of change, progress, and the future.
I would like to extend my special thanks to Maxge Europe for their involvement and for sharing the vision of an electricity sector moving towards sustainability and technological innovation, as well as to the teaching staff for their warm welcome and commitment to quality education.
