“Building Dual Pathways” Inspires Vocational Training Students at IES Los Albares in Cieza, Murcia

ABB Supports Young Talent and Vocational Training by Collaborating on the Publication of “Building Dual Pathways”

I had the great privilege of presenting my book, “Building Dual Pathways,” to students in the Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training programs in Electricity and Electronics at IES Los Albares, in a particularly moving and enriching experience.

Sharing real-world experiences with young people who are building their professional futures always fills me with enthusiasm, but doing so in a center committed to Vocational Training and with students who represent the technical talent of tomorrow is even more special.

“Building Dual Pathways” was created with a very clear objective: to inspire, motivate, and highlight the enormous potential of Vocational Training and technical trades in Spain. Through personal and professional experiences, the book aims to introduce new generations to the importance of effort, attitude, specialization, and a passion for learning.

One of the aspects I’m most proud of in this work is having had the collaboration of ABB in its publication. Undoubtedly, ABB is one of the world’s most important and recognized technology and industrial companies, a global leader in electrification, automation, and sustainability.

That a leading company like ABB has placed its trust in this project is a very special and deeply motivating honor for me. This collaboration demonstrates the importance of continuing to unite business, education, and vocational training to build real opportunities for young people.

During the event, we were able to reflect on the present and future of the electrical and electronics sector, the opportunities offered by dual vocational training, and the need to continue elevating the status of technical professions, which are essential for the economic, industrial, and sustainable development of our society.

I want to sincerely thank the teaching staff at IES Los Albares for their warm welcome, excellent organization, and daily commitment to quality technical education, as well as the students for their attention, interest, and participation.

I am convinced that the future of our country is also being built in vocational training classrooms.VocationalTraining #VET #DualVocationalTraining #Electricity #Electronics #Industry #YoungTalent #Education #ABB #BuildingDualPathways #Vocation #ElectricalSector #Murcia #Cieza #Innovation #TechnicalProfessions #Industry40 #TechnicalEducation #Youth #Employment
