The new PBM3-i monobloc air source heat pumps use R32 refrigerant and improve their performance compared to the previous range, confirming BAXI’s commitment to efficiency and respect for the environment.
BAXI, a leading company in the air conditioning sector, presents the new range of PBM3-i monobloc heat pumps, with maximum performance. This range of heat pumps is the first that BAXI designs and manufactures entirely in Spain, in its new development and production centre.
Medium power heat pumps with Inverter technology, capable of adjusting to the needs of the installation at all times, thus increasing its overall performance. They have a modulation range from 13% to 100% of their power.
Continuing with BAXI’s commitment to respect for the environment, R32 refrigerant with low GWP (675) has been used for this new range of heat pumps. The atmospheric heating power of R32 is 68% lower than that of R410A.
A complete range has been designed to adapt to any type of installation, consisting of 4 models with powers of 20, 26, 33 and 40 kW. All models have an overpowered compressor that allows them to exceed their nominal power by 43% at specific times, to ensure comfort in any type of conditions, and they are prepared as standard to be connected to any centralized management system via Modbus.
A new range with high performance that leads to greater energy savings throughout its useful life. Seasonal heat efficiency close to 5 makes them the ideal complement to comply with the CTE, in the production of Domestic Hot Water using renewable energy.
The PBM3-i heat pumps are designed for both new construction and renovation of existing boiler rooms, due to their small size and low space requirements for installation. They also stand out for having one of the lowest acoustic power levels on the market in their segment, this being an increasingly important aspect in this type of equipment:
Acoustic power level below 65 dB(A)
Sound pressure at 5 m distance 43 dB(A).
