BAXI presented its new price list for the residential market at Rebuild 2026

  • Starting in 2026, BAXI will market all its climate control solutions for the residential, commercial, and industrial markets under a single brand, presented in two catalogs.
  • The company is reinforcing its position as a global supplier with an expanded offering and new efficient solutions in air source heat pumps, air conditioning, and hybrid solutions using renewable
  • gas.

BAXI, a leading company in climate control solutions and part of the BDR Thermea group, presented its new Price List for the residential market at Rebuild 2026. This document reflects the company’s commitment to offering sustainable solutions that guarantee maximum efficiency.

This launch represents another key step in the process of unifying its various climate control solutions under a single brand: for the first time, BAXI has two distinct catalogs—one for residential use and another focused on commercial and industrial solutions—under the same corporate image and a single brand identity.

In this regard, the new Residential Price List complements the General Catalog of Commercial Solutions for Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Domestic Hot Water, launched in November 2025, thus consolidating a comprehensive offering under the BAXI brand.

In this way, BAXI expands its reach and capacity to offer complete solutions for all types of projects, including applications in hospitals, airports, hotels, supermarkets, offices, and logistics centers, in a context marked by the growing demand for efficient and sustainable air conditioning technologies.

A catalog that reflects a comprehensive and unified offering
The new Price List presented at Rebuild 2026 includes BAXI’s entire range of air conditioning equipment and systems, incorporating efficient and renewable solutions designed to meet the current needs of the residential market.

Among the main new products included are the latest offerings in aerothermal energy, air conditioning, and ventilation:

  • 250 DHW Heat Pump: a complete, efficient, and competitive solution to meet current domestic hot water production needs.
  • Aqua Insta System: a system for the instantaneous production of large volumes of DHW, ideal for high-demand installations.
  • Astrafusion: an indoor unit with storage for combined air conditioning and DHW systems, integrating both functions into a single compact unit. Available in a 120-liter wall-mounted version and a 200-liter floor-standing version.
  • iZoning: a zoning system for ducted air conditioning units that allows the management of up to six zones with a single unit. It includes the iZoning reGATE central control, the iZoning reSENS thermostat, and the Dualia 2-in-1 grille, which integrates air conditioning and ventilation functions.

All these products and the rest of the range are also available in the interactive Price List Catalog, a digital tool accessible from mobile devices that allows users to quickly consult technical information and associated documentation for each product: BAXI Price List Catalog 2026

One product with one objective
The presentation of the catalog at Rebuild 2026 reinforces the company’s message of transformation and growth, aligned with BAXI’s objective of leading the energy transition in the sector.

“The HVAC market is growing rapidly, and at BDR Thermea Iberia we are prepared to meet this challenge,” says Jaume Alcover, Sales and Marketing Director of BDR Thermea Iberia.

Alcover adds that “we are facing the need to decarbonize the current building stock, not only from a sustainability perspective, but also due to the urgent need to reduce the cost of HVAC. Having the entire range of necessary products available now allows us to offer the full spectrum of technologies that can help society meet this great challenge.” With this evolution, BAXI positions itself as an even stronger global supplier, capable of responding to the growing demand for aerothermal and air conditioning solutions both in the domestic sphere and in large installations, a market that, according to various studies, could multiply in the coming years.
