The connection between companies, students, and educational centers continues to be essential in building the future of the installation sector.
We had the opportunity to participate together with Avannubo in a new meeting organized between IES Ebre and the Gremi d’Instal·ladors de les Terres de l’Ebre, aimed at students from Intermediate and Higher Vocational Training programs.
It was a highly enriching event to continue bringing the reality of the labor market closer to young talent, sharing concerns, professional opportunities, and the new pathways offered by the new Dual Vocational Education and Training system in Spain.
These kinds of initiatives help connect shared interests between installation companies, teachers, and students, promoting a vocational training model that is more aligned with the real needs of the sector while supporting the development of highly qualified future professionals.
The new Dual VET system represents a great opportunity to continue building bridges between education and industry, generating talent, employability, and a stronger future for businesses.
