Last October, I had the great pleasure of giving a motivational talk to the students of the Training and Employment Program (PFI) at the Institut Escola del Treball in Barcelona. It was a super exciting, participatory session, full of positive energy, in which we shared reflections, experiences, and motivations about the professional future of these talented young people.

During the session, we talked about the importance of attitude, continuous training, and curiosity as essential drivers for personal and professional growth. The students demonstrated contagious enthusiasm, asking questions, sharing ideas, and showing a great willingness to learn and improve every day.
A very special thank you to BAXI, a company committed to new professional talent and continuous training, which actively participated in this event. Their involvement and constant support are an example of how companies can inspire and support new generations in their professional development.
I left the conference feeling satisfied to see such motivated, enthusiastic, and high-potential young people, and convinced that spaces like this are essential for connecting education with the real world of work.
Thank you to the Institut Escola del Treball de Barcelona, the teaching staff, and, of course, all the PFI students for your attention, enthusiasm, and desire to grow. I’m sure the future holds great achievements for you!
