As part of my ongoing commitment to bringing business excellence closer to the educational field, I recently had the opportunity to coordinate and accompany a very special visit to the FERMAX delegation in Barcelona. This experience, framed within an Erasmus project, brought together a group of Vocational Training teachers from Greece, who had the chance to discover first-hand how a world-leading company understands innovation, quality, and customer proximity.
The FERMAX technical and commercial team, led by Jorge Valiente, head of the delegation, hosted a session in which the visiting teachers delved into the world of a benchmark manufacturer in the fields of security, communication, and home connectivity.

First-hand knowledge that will enrich their educational perspective and, without a doubt, be transferred to their students in Greece, strengthening the bond between vocational training and the reality of the technology sector.
From my perspective, it has been a privilege to contribute to building bridges between Vocational Training and the business world, proving that quality and excellence know no borders. Experiences like this are the best demonstration of how collaboration between educational centers, European programs, and leading companies can inspire future professionals and open new paths towards a more innovative, sustainable, and connected future.
