A school year powered by knowledge: quality vocational training with BAXI

As the academic year comes to a close, it’s time to look back and reflect on everything we’ve lived, learned… and shared. Over the past months, I’ve had the opportunity to visit numerous Vocational Training Centres across Spain, alongside BAXI — a company that not only develops efficient HVAC solutions, but has long been committed to lifelong learning, dual vocational education, and the professional development of energy sector workers.

Since the new Vocational Training Law came into force in 2022, BAXI has further strengthened its commitment to technical education by bringing its technology and know-how directly into classrooms and workshops. This contribution adds great value to training programs, dignifies the profession, supports young talent, and forges a real connection between companies and education.

At each centre I visited, we provided training materials, granted access to the BAXI Academy — undoubtedly the flagship of the brand — and showcased the value of having dedicated training centres throughout the country. Because only with direct and generous involvement like BAXI’s can we empower the present and future professionals who will lead the energy transition.

This post includes a selection of images from our training journey across Spain — moments captured in classrooms, meetings with teachers and students, and the materials we delivered, all speaking of commitment, technology, and the future.

Thank you, BAXI, for believing in Vocational Training as a transformative tool, and for contributing to the sector with responsibility, vision, and human values.
