Visiting vocational training centers across Spain allows me to see something that sometimes goes unnoticed: vocational training is now one of the strongest pillars of tech talent. In every session and every classroom, I encounter young people deeply motivated to understand how digitalization is transforming professions, trades, and entire sectors.
