The event at IES Los Albares in Cieza (Murcia) was one of those experiences that remind us why Vocational Training is a strategic pillar for the future of the electrical sector. Together with MAXGE, I had the opportunity to lead a session for Electromechanics and Electricity students focused on values, competencies, and a forward-looking vision for a rapidly evolving industry.
Beyond the technical aspects, the day served as a space for genuine connection between the teaching staff, the company, and the young students. It was a synergy that demonstrates how collaboration among all stakeholders in the value chain yields an immediate impact: increased motivation, clarity of purpose, and a more solid professional outlook.
We conveyed to the students the importance of professionalism, safety, innovation, and technical responsibility—values ​​that are essential for those who will soon become active participants in the electrical sector. We did so alongside MAXGE, a company driving an electrified, connected, and sustainable future, and one that is firmly committed to young talent.
The students’ enthusiasm and the dedication of the IES Los Albares faculty confirm that Vocational Training holds enormous potential when connected to the realities of the labor market and to companies that believe in technical talent.
