Fostering technical pride at IES Los Albares in Cieza (Murcia) with Schneider Electric

I had the privilege of giving a technical and motivational talk to students in the Higher Vocational Training program at IES Los Albares (Cieza, Murcia), alongside Llanos Serrano Morcillo, a Mechatronics teacher and program coordinator.

It was a gathering full of energy, talent, and a drive to build the future.

We discussed technology, employability, and industry… but above all, the value of the technical craft and the pivotal role these young people will play in a sector that needs professionals who are well-prepared, up-to-date, and proud of what they do.

My thanks go to Schneider Electric, which once again demonstrates its genuine commitment to training industry professionals through its continuous education programs, bringing technology, knowledge, and vision to educational centers and their teaching staff.

As a symbol of this collaboration and in recognition of the faculty’s work, we presented the school with a Schneider Electric digital measuring device—a gesture representing the link between industry and education, as well as respect for the work educators do to elevate the prestige and professionalism of their students.

Vocational training is the present. Vocational training is the future.
And when schools, teachers, and companies pull together, the impact is unstoppable.
