The presentation of the Fermax Campus at IES Estelas de Cantabria has been much more than an informative session: it has been a clear demonstration of how Vocational Training and industry can build, together, an ecosystem of real opportunities for young people.
During the session, we shared with the students the technical courses, the specializations, and especially the internship program that Fermax offers to FP students. A training proposal that not only updates their skills but also opens doors to a solid professional future in a sector that urgently needs qualified talent.

What we experienced today reinforces an idea I always highlight: when the entire value chain —students, educational centers, companies, manufacturers and distributors— coordinates and works together, the impact is extraordinary. The synergy between education and industry is not a theoretical concept; it is a reality that transforms lives, inspires vocations, and strengthens the sector as a whole.
My gratitude to the team at IES Estelas de Cantabria for their commitment to Vocational Training and for opening their doors to initiatives that connect the classroom with the industry. And of course, to Fermax for firmly supporting young talent and building a training model that adds value, inspires, and creates future.
We continue moving forward, together, towards a more connected, more technological FP aligned with the real needs of the labor market.
