I had the opportunity to visit the BAXI Training Center in Madrid, a very enriching experience that allowed me to learn firsthand about some of the most outstanding innovations the company is promoting for the air conditioning sector.
Among them, the new Iridium R290 stands out, probably the most significant launch this year for the brand, a solution that clearly reflects BAXI’s commitment to energy efficiency, sustainability, and adapting to new market challenges.
Beyond the products, I would like to highlight the extraordinary work that BAXI does through its Training Center. It’s a space where installers, maintenance technicians, specifiers, and other professionals in the sector can access high-level, in-person technical training, acquiring the necessary knowledge to confidently navigate the technological evolution our sector is experiencing.
This commitment to continuous training adds enormous value to the entire value chain: from the professional who designs and installs the solutions to the end customer who benefits from more efficient, sustainable, and future-proof installations.
This initiative resonates with me personally, as it aligns directly with my commitment to the ongoing training of professionals and to promoting Vocational Training as a strategic pathway for bringing new talent into the job market. We need young people to be aware of the opportunities offered by the installations sector, and we need leading companies like BAXI to continue bridging the gap between training and the business world.
