A few days ago, I had the privilege of participating in the 13th Entrepreneurship Week at the Lleida Institute of Work School, sharing a talk with students of Higher Vocational Training in the specializations of Environment, Electricity, and Renewable Energies.
This experience, beyond a single presentation, became a genuine space for connection, reflection, and shared motivation.

From the very beginning, both the students and the faculty demonstrated an exemplary attitude: interest, approachability, active participation, and a rapport that allowed everything to flow naturally. It is precisely these kinds of environments that reinforce the importance of Vocational Training as an engine of social and economic transformation.
During the session, I had the opportunity to offer a clear and direct perspective: that of the working world they are already “within reach.” I conveyed to them a reality that is sometimes not communicated strongly enough:
👉 their professional profiles are in high demand
👉 they are part of strategic sectors for the present and the future
👉 they have real opportunities for professional development and stability
The field of facilities, energy, and the environment is not only key to the ecological transition, but it also urgently needs qualified talent like theirs.
I left Lleida with a very clear feeling: the future is in good hands.
I also want to highlight that this experience was made possible thanks to the collaboration of Finder, a “made in Europe” company that is firmly committed to young talent, training, and the development of the sector.
We continue to join forces among educational institutions, companies, and professionals to dignify, promote, and raise the profile of Vocational Training.
Because the future isn’t improvised… it’s built.
