Inspiring through Vocational Training: Presentation of “Building Dual Paths” at Salesianos Palma del Río with FERMAX

Last october 9, I had the privilege of sharing a very special day at the Salesianos Palma del Río Training Center (Córdoba), where I gave a motivational talk and presented my book “Building Dual Paths” to Vocational Training students of all levels.

A room full of young people eager, excited, and eager to discover the potential of Vocational Training as a path to personal and professional development. During the session, we shared real-life experiences about how Vocational Training opens doors, connects with companies, and transforms life trajectories when passion and opportunity are combined.

This day was made possible thanks to the involvement of the center’s directors and the magnificent coordination of Francisco Sánchez Maraver, a true leader in the world of skills in Spain, who demonstrates every day that technical talent and educational excellence go hand in hand.

I also had the honor of collaborating with FERMAX, a company with which I share much more than just the industry. We share a shared vision: a commitment to vocational training, continuous learning, and the promotion of its Academy, which supports both new professionals and veterans as they update their skills in the face of technical and regulatory changes.

It was undoubtedly a great day to continue building dual paths, sharing motivation, values, and a future with those who will be the drivers of change.
