FERMAX, a leading manufacturer of connected video intercom solutions, has invested majority in the Polish technology company S-LABS, which specializes in designing and developing IoT solutions for energy efficiency in residential buildings.
With this investment, the Valencian company aims to expand its portfolio of solutions for home comfort, security, and automation by integrating S-LABS technology into its connected video intercom systems, initially for the Polish market.
