BAXI Updates Its Loyalty Club for Installers and Launches a New App

BAXI Fidelity Club users are in luck because they now have a new communication channel: an app, which will complement the current website and provide instant and seamless information on anything that may be of interest to them.
In addition, they will benefit from a new product scanning system that automatically reads serial numbers, speeding up the purchase verification and point redemption process.

BAXI, a leading HVAC company, is updating its loyalty program, the BAXI Fidelity Club, to make it a more dynamic tool for professionals. The new version of the program introduces significant improvements to the website and makes a new app available.
The new website and app will allow, among other benefits, automatic scanning of product serial numbers, thus achieving a faster and more streamlined process for verifying the purchase of BAXI-branded materials. This new system improves the current online system, where users had to upload invoices for each purchase.

Proof of BAXI product purchases through the website and the new app allows access to a wide and increasingly diverse catalog of gifts by redeeming points.
