Today I had the privilege of accompanying BAXI, a leading company in climate solutions and strongly committed to Vocational Education and Training (VET), to participate in the 1st edition of the Digitalisation Week in Catalonia, organised by the Department of Education and Vocational Training of the Government of Catalonia.
Represented by Andrea RodrÃguez, Director of Communication, BAXI shared its experience and dedication to educational digitalisation during the event held in Barcelona, in the unique setting of the Escola de Treball, a place full of history, training, and future, with activities taking place both in the auditorium and classrooms.
It was a transformative event with more than 140 teachers from across Catalonia, who engaged in workshops, challenges, and practical sessions focused on one common goal: improving the digital curriculum across vocational education centres from every professional field.
Special thanks to Núria Ferré, Àlex SanVila and Laura Mindán, the driving forces behind the project, whose coordination and energy are making this week a true milestone for Catalan VET.
Together with BAXI, and all of us who believe in a Vocational Education aligned with technological and professional reality, today we’ve taken another step toward a future that is already here.
