I had the pleasure of visiting EPYME, the Provincial Association of Installation Companies of Seville, to present my book Building Dual Pathways (Construyendo Caminos Duales).

It was much more than a book presentation — it was a space for dialogue, reflection, and shared commitment, with Vocational Education and Training (VET) at the center. I was joined by key voices in the sector:
🔹 Manuel Elías, Secretary General of EPYME
🔹 Miguel Ramírez, Board Member
🔹 Alberto Serrano, Head of the Training Department
🔹 Antonio M. Méndez, Director of Fundación EPYME
Together, we discussed the challenges and opportunities arising from Spain’s new Vocational Education Law, the need to connect education and industry, youth employability, the role of dual training tutors, and how SMEs play a critical role in building a modern, flexible, and relevant VET system.
My book is rooted in my personal and professional journey, which began in VET at the age of 14. It aims to inspire young people, families, training centers, and companies to believe in crafts, practical talent, and the transformative power of VET as a path to personal and professional success.

My sincere thanks to the EPYME team for their warm welcome and for their ongoing work to support quality training aligned with the real needs of the sector.
