Training, sustainability, and digitalization: present at the Schneider Electric and ASPRIMIA Electricity 4.0 event in Madrid
This week I had the privilege of attending the event “Electricity 4.0: Digitalization as a lever for sustainable electrification in the real estate sector,” organized by Schneider Electric and ASPRIMIA in Madrid. It was an inspiring day, focusing on how digitalization is transforming the way we manage energy in buildings and urban environments.

As a promoter of best practices in technical trades and professions linked to Vocational Training (VT), this experience has been a true source of learning and motivation.
📚 Continuing education and vision for the future
The event brought together real estate professionals, experts in energy, sustainability, and technology, and highlighted how digital transformation is key to achieving efficient, sustainable, and resilient electrification. Topics such as the Internet of Things (IoT), automation, smart building management (BMS), and responsible energy use were the focus of the presentations.
This content is fully aligned with my purpose: to bring VET closer to the reality of the current labor market and to highlight how technical trades, especially in electricity, air conditioning, and automation, are at the heart of this transformation.
🔧 VET as a driver of change
Attending these types of events allows me to continue learning and sharing with my community the advances, challenges, and opportunities available to those who commit to skilled trades, technical training, and continuous professional development.
The energy transition requires trained, committed, and prepared people to lead change from both technical and practical perspectives. Therefore, I will continue to disseminate, educate, and connect the world of VET with innovation and sustainability.
