There are moments that are difficult to overcome, and one of them is being able to share my career in Vocational Training through Construyendo Caminos Duales, especially when I do it accompanied by a reference like Paco Álvarez, Business Development Director at Niessen (ABB) and, like me, a former FP student.

At the ISB Training Center in Barcelona we experienced an exceptional day, where the students not only listened to our experiences, but also felt the passion with which we talked about FP and the opportunities it offers. When you tell your story with authenticity, something magical happens: the connection with the students is real, inspiring and transformative.

My deepest gratitude to Jordi Molina, director of the ISB, and to Javier Pueyo, secretary of the center, for their warm welcome and for fostering spaces where FP shines with its own light. Also to the teaching staff, who day by day sow the future of great professionals.
