The Region of Murcia is a benchmark in business dynamism and its commitment to training as a driver of development. During my recent visit to CROEM (Regional Confederation of Business Organizations of Murcia), I had the privilege of learning firsthand about its intense activity in the fields of vocational training and entrepreneurship, accompanied by Ángeles Muñoz Rubio, Director of Projects, Training, and Business Initiatives.
During the meeting, we explored key initiatives such as INCOOVA and CROEM Dual BISIONARIOS, two strategic programs that demonstrate how training and business can work hand in hand to generate real opportunities. INCOOVA is an open innovation project that fosters entrepreneurial talent, connecting ideas and professionals with the business community. CROEM Dual BISIONARIOS, for its part, promotes Dual Vocational Training as a key tool for the future of employment, fostering collaboration between educational centers and businesses.
In this context, I had the opportunity to share with them my book “Building Dual Paths,” which captures my experience as a vocational training student and my subsequent career in the business and association world. A testimony that seeks to inspire young people, trainers, and companies about the transformative potential of vocational training and the need to continue strengthening this training path as a first-class option.
These types of meetings reinforce the importance of building bridges between education and the world of work, promoting training as the cornerstone of a competitive society prepared for the challenges of the future. I would like to thank CROEM and Ángeles Muñoz Rubio for their hospitality and for the excellent work they do in the Region of Murcia to connect talent and business.
📚💡 Vocational training is not the future, it’s the present. Let’s continue to invest in it.
