I had the opportunity to participate in ExpoJove 2026, the Training and Employment Fair, held at the Girona Fair, a key space to guide the academic and professional future of young people.
The day was especially enriching thanks to the collaboration with the Girona Chamber of Commerce, Comastech Centre Politècnic Comas and Georgina Comas Vieta, with whom we shared reflections and experiences around the new Vocational Training.
🤝 Necessary dialogue with companies
One of the most relevant points has been to be able to share, with the Girona business community, the new scenarios proposed by VET:
The advantages of a model more connected to the productive reality
The challenges of implementing the new Dual VET
The importance of co-responsibility between centers and companies
And, above all, the need to continue to dignify and promote professions
This type of meeting is essential to move towards a more efficient training model, aligned with the real needs of the labor market and with the capacity to generate real opportunities for young people.
