I recently had the honor of giving a motivational talk to vocational training students at the Domènech i Muntaner Institute in Reus, focusing on the importance of attitude, ongoing training, and the opportunities offered by the digital world.
During the session, I introduced Avannubo, the company with which I collaborate as a digitalization agent for the Digital Kit Program, explaining its key role in the digital transformation of SMEs and freelancers.

Avannubo offers customized IT services that help companies make the leap toward digitalization, including:
Web development and online stores.
Social media management and digital communication.
Cybersecurity and technological support.
Management software (ERP and CRM).
Through practical examples and real-life cases, students learned how digitalization is transforming all sectors and which digital skills are most in demand by companies today.
It was a highly participatory day, full of questions, reflection, and motivation, where the students were receptive and interested in connecting their professional future with the world of technology.
At the end, we presented gifts to the attendees as a token of appreciation for their involvement and enthusiasm.
Activities like this strengthen the link between education and business and help bring the reality of the labor market closer to the classroom, promoting a more connected, digital, and purposeful Vocational Training program.
