Transformative Vocational Training: Real Guidance for Careers That Matter
For years, I have been visiting vocational training centers, speaking with educators, companies, installers, distributors, and young people looking for their path. If there is one recurring theme in every conversation, it is this: the guidance we offer students must be real, effective, and connected to the labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract, generic guidance\u2014or advice disconnected from the world outside the classroom\u2014simply won’t do. Young people need to know which careers have a future, which sectors are growing, which companies are seeking talent, and which skills are truly valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And within this landscape of the future, one sector stands out above the rest: the electrical and communications sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a strategic, essential sector undergoing a major transformation, with a constantly growing demand for professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Fenie Energ\u00eda visits a center, they convey exactly what I advocate for in my talks: that energy, installations, and communications are careers for both the present and the future. A strategic sector in need of skilled young people
The energy transition, self-consumption, electric mobility, the digitalization of systems, and energy efficiency are not abstract concepts; they are realities already transforming homes, businesses, and cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why my stance is clear: effective career guidance + quality Vocational Training + the energy sector = career opportunities for thousands of young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
