Promoting Technical Vocations in Vocational Training: My Visit to IES Estelas de Cantabria with Avannubo<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vocational Training is at a pivotal moment: the demand for technical profiles is growing, digitalization is accelerating processes, and companies need professionals capable of adapting, learning, and adding value from day one. With this in mind, I had the opportunity to visit IES Estelas de Cantabria to hold a technical and motivational session with students in Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My objective was clear: to listen to their perceptions of technical studies, understand their concerns, and share with them a realistic view of the sector based on my professional experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vocational Training as an Engine for Technical Talent
During the session, we analyzed how vocational training has become a strategic pathway to access highly sought-after professions in fields such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Industrial automation and control
Electrical installations and renewable energy
Networks, systems, and cybersecurity
Maintenance and technical support
Integration of IoT solutions and Smart Buildings
The students showed great interest in learning how these areas are evolving and what skills will be key in the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical and transversal skills that will shape their future
I shared with them a practical perspective on the skills that companies are currently seeking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical diagnostic skills
Interpretation of documentation and diagrams
Knowledge of regulations and safety
Use of digital tools and cloud platforms
Teamwork and professional communication
Adaptability to new technologies
The conclusion was clear: the combination of a solid technical foundation and a continuous learning mindset is the formula that opens doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avannubo: Technology that Amplifies Impact
On this visit, I was accompanied by Avannubo, a technology company that adds value to my content and allows me to reach more schools and young people. Their support ensures that these sessions not only transmit knowledge but also connect with the digital reality of the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recognition of Effort
To thank everyone for their attention, participation, and interest, we ended the day by handing out t-shirts and sweatshirts as a motivational gift. A symbolic gesture, but one that reinforces the idea that commitment and attitude are just as important as technical skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vocational training is an essential component in the development of technical talent in Spain. Visiting centers like IES Estelas de Cantabria confirms that there is a generation that is prepared, curious, and eager to contribute. If we continue to connect education, business, and technology, we will be building a solid professional future for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
