Vocational training is at its best when the classroom connects directly with the business world. And that is precisely what we achieved thanks to the visit organized for students of the Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Computer Science and Cybersecurity at Monlau to the Schneider Electric facilities in Sant Boi de Llobregat, Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A day of great educational value where students were able to learn firsthand about the technological advancements, logistics processes, and innovative solutions that the company is developing in strategic areas such as Prefab, automation, energy efficiency, and industrial digitalization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These kinds of experiences allow young people to understand that technology is not just theory or programming, but a key tool for transforming entire industrial sectors, improving sustainability, and creating more efficient, safe, and intelligent environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit highlighted the importance of uniting three fundamental pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 The commitment of educational institutions like Monlau to bringing the business world closer to students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 \u2705 The involvement of leading companies like Schneider Electric in training young talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 The active collaboration between professionals and the education sector to generate real learning opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the day, students were able to discover how advanced logistics processes work, the importance of cybersecurity in industrial environments, the digitalization of infrastructure, and the new prefabricated solutions that are revolutionizing the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undoubtedly, initiatives like this help to inspire vocations, broaden professional horizons, and better prepare the future specialized technicians that our industry will need in the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dual Vocational Training and the connection between business and education continue to prove that they are one of the best tools for building talent, competitiveness, and a future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
