Vocational Training continues to demonstrate that it is not only an educational alternative, but also a true driver of economic, social, and technological transformation in our country. My recent lecture at CIPFP El Canastell, in Sant Vicent del Raspeig (Alicante), was further proof of the genuine commitment in the Valencian Community to fostering talent in key sectors such as energy and fluids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Encounter with the Present\u2026 and the Future of the Sector
During this event, I had the opportunity to share reflections, experiences, and a vision on the strategic role of Dual Vocational Training in the current context. We are at a crucial juncture, where the energy transition, digitalization, and sustainability demand highly qualified professionals connected to the business world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this context, centers like El Canastell not only provide training, but also lead the way. A faculty of over 200 trainers committed to educational excellence is, without a doubt, a guarantee for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Industry Support: BAXI’s Commitment
I want to especially highlight the support of BAXI, a company that not only leads in air conditioning solutions but is also firmly committed to professional development within the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their involvement demonstrates that the business community understands that investing in training is not an option, but a necessity. Investing in young talent and the continuous professional development of staff is key to facing the energy challenges of the present and the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Models Who Make a Difference: Leadership and Commitment to Vocational Training
This event would not have been possible without individuals who represent the best of our educational ecosystem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jos\u00e9 Rubio Jim\u00e9nez, an undisputed leader in Vocational Training and in promoting Skills in Spain. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement is inspiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carlos Llorca, the center’s director, whose vision and leadership represent an entire teaching team that works every day to offer Vocational Training connected to the real world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both reflect the value of the people behind the system: committed professionals who understand that education is the engine of change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valencian Community: A Land of Opportunities
My time in the Valencian Community reaffirms a key idea: this is a region that believes in Vocational Training as a strategic tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The connection between educational institutions, businesses, and government is creating an ecosystem where talent can flourish. And this is more crucial than ever in sectors like energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building the Future Through Vocational Training
If we want to move towards a more sustainable, efficient, and digitalized energy model, we need skilled professionals. This begins in the classroom but is solidified through genuine collaboration among all stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Events like the one I experienced in El Canastell are much more than just a conference: they are spaces where opportunities are created, visions are aligned, and the future is shaped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without a doubt, an excellent visit to Alicante and the Valencian Community\u2026 and further motivation to continue advocating, through concrete actions, for the value of Vocational Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
