There are territories that are not just visited\u2026 they are understood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My recent visit to the Gremi d\u2019Instal\u00b7ladors de les Terres de l\u2019Ebre (Installers’ Guild of the Terres de l\u2019Ebre), in Tortosa, with its president Ricard Franc, was one of those experiences that allows you to connect with the true essence of our sector: the people, the craft, and the territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A meeting that went far beyond the institutional. It was an opportunity to listen, share, and understand the particularities of a region with its own identity, where installation professionals represent much more than an economic sector: they are a driving force for development, community roots, and the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professionals Building the Territory
The Terres de l\u2019Ebre has unique characteristics: geographical dispersion, a network of local businesses, and a clear need for generational renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, Vocational Training is not just another option\u2026 it is a strategic necessity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the visit, I was able to learn firsthand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reality of installation companies in the region
The challenge\u2014and at the same time, the opportunity\u2014of attracting young talent
The key role of Dual Vocational Training in guaranteeing the future of the sector
\ud83c\udf93 Dual Vocational Training: key to territorial balance
If we want a balanced country, we must commit to Vocational Training connected to the local area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that implies:
\u2714 Listening to the trade associations
\u2714 Adapting training to the local context
\u2714 Involving companies in the training process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dual model not only trains professionals\u2026 it retains talent, generates opportunities, and builds a future where it is most needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An industry close to the professional
On this visit, I was also accompanied by Finder, a company made in Europe that perfectly embodies this commitment to the professional: proximity, quality, and industry knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the future of installations also depends on an industry that understands and supports the installer in their daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visits like this reinforce a key idea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the Guild, its president, and all the professionals who dedicate their time and effort to growing this essential sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
