I had the opportunity to take part in the Green DataFP \u2013 IDI (Ideas \/ Data \/ Impact)<\/strong> session at the EdTech Congress Barcelona<\/strong>, an experience that once again shows that Vocational Education and Training (VET) is ready to lead the major challenges of today and the future<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a clear focus on aligning digitalisation, sustainability and the ethical use of artificial intelligence in VET and Continuing VET<\/strong>, this practical session highlighted something that, as a VET advocate and communicator, I consider essential:
\ud83d\udc49 moving from talk to real action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through thematic working tables<\/strong>, the teams addressed real challenges from the productive and business environment<\/strong>, transforming them into actionable ideas<\/strong>, based on data and with measurable impact<\/strong> for companies, training centres and the territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This approach fully connects with the VET model I have been defending for years:
a useful, applied VET system, closely linked to companies, innovation and the values required by the green and digital transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Emiliano Sobel<\/strong>, advisor of the InnovaFP Network<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    It was moderated by \u00d3scar Secor\u00fan<\/strong>, Education Lead at Google for Education<\/em>, and introduced by Gonzalo Romero<\/strong>, Head of Education Iberia at Google<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Initiatives such as Green DataFP \u2013 IDI<\/strong> clearly show that VET not only trains professionals, but is also capable of generating real solutions for the productive sector<\/strong>, placing technology, sustainability and ethics at the core of training strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Because the true value of VET lies not only in what we teach, but in how we connect learning with the real challenges of our society<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
