My recent visit to the EPYME Association of Seville was undoubtedly one of those experiences that reaffirms that the energy and fluid installation sector has solid, committed organizations with a clear vision for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For years, EPYME has been setting an exemplary course, working consistently for the benefit of the sector itself and, above all, for the companies and professionals that comprise it. Its work is neither improvised nor sporadic: it responds to a well-defined strategy based on service, training, support, and the defense of professional value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top-Level Services for Professionals
One of the aspects I most appreciate about EPYME is its ability to offer high-value-added services to installation companies. These services are designed with a real-world understanding of the sector’s daily operations, helping to professionalize, update, and strengthen companies in an increasingly demanding and changing environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This commitment is clearly embodied in its own Training Center, a space that not only transmits technical knowledge but also fosters a genuine culture of continuous learning, so essential today to guarantee competitiveness, safety, and quality in facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing Education, Vocational Training, and Certifications: Investing in People
During my visit, I was able to witness firsthand the excellent work EPYME is doing in training, both for working professionals and for young people starting their careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presentation of Building Dual Pathways
In this context, so aligned with my values \u200b\u200band career path, I had the opportunity to present my book, Building Dual Pathways, a work based precisely on the importance of Vocational Training, Dual Vocational Training, business commitment, and best practices that help transform sectors and individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EPYME is a real-world example of many of the ideas I advocate in the book: collaboration, long-term vision, engagement with young people, and a commitment to talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giving visibility to best practices
Part of my personal and professional commitment involves publicizing and highlighting the best practices that organizations like EPYME have been developing for years. Because it is essential to share them, make them a benchmark for other regions and sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
